Returns and refunds
You can request the return of any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Send your return request to email@example.com and we will provide you with the information you need.
There are 2 types of compensation:
1) Change of size/colour
2) Refund: the refund will be made as soon as the quality control procedures are completed, however within 14 days.
The first return for size/colour changing is free. In case of reimbursement, a contribution will be requested for delivery charges. It amounts to 15 euro for returns from Italy and 30 euro for returns from European countries. The import duties are charged to the customer and the contribution will be deducted to the value of the reimbursement. The return of goods on sale is allowed only for goods replacement, it is not possible to have refund.
Concerning the orders paid by credit card, the amount will be reallocated by our systems and again it will be available on the customer’s bank statement according to the times provided by the bank issuing the credit card, or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer has to provide for his bank details to which he refund will be sent (ABI-CAB-IBAN Code-Account number and bank of the billing address) in a short time.
Concerning orders paid by PayPal, the refund will be made directly to the PayPal account.
Concerning orders paid by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account, upon receipt of account holder’s details.
Please note that replacement can only be done in the country of delivery. The time-periods for reimbursement can vary from 3 to 10 working days. In particular:
Credit card reimbursement: the transaction will be reallocated by our systems within 7 working days from receipt of the return. The time required to view the refund on your account may vary and depends on the bank that issued the credit card. In this case, we invite you to contact your bank.
PayPal refund: the refund will be made within 3 / 4 working days from receipt of the return.
Bank transfer refund: when requesting a return, we ask you to communicate your bank details in order to make the refund within 7 working days of goods delivery.
In order to proceed with the return it is necessary to respect the following rules:
The item must not have been used and/or damaged in any way
The product tags must be intact and correctly applied
The products must be returned as they have been originally sent and packed
If the customer receives defective goods or in case of the shipment gets misrouted because of Us, you have to follow the instructions above.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products ad hoc ordered for the customer.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and we reserve the right to bear the delivery charges of the goods returning to its premises.
We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
We do not accept returns of items that have been used, washed or altered in any way and objects used with no original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the conditions of the returned goods and to establish any charges necessary for the return. The charge will be deducted to any refund due.
