Shipments

We ship all over Europe by express services. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours. Orders placed after 12:00 o’ clock will be shipped on the first working day following the day of  payment. 

We will process the order within the working day following the purchase and we will not be responsible for any delays attributable to the courier. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours. After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Delivery failure

We recommend accuracy in providing your shipping address. If for any reason the shipment is not successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to the sender at customer’s charge.

We will deduct these amounts from any refund due to the customer, while in case of delivery request we will require 10 euro for the shipping costs.

Order collection

All customers, who place an order establish a business relationship between Us and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.

If the customer refuses the delivery or decides to return it to the sender, the delivery charged to Us will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Tracking

Once the shipment has been completed, customers will receive an email with a direct link to the tracking of their order.
